      Pros

      Very high and competitive pay, good insurances and you are given the chance to earn bonus base on your production. Penske is also not shy on overtime, if you can work it they will let you.

      Cons

      Crazy hours, managers are mostly non-existent. Lean and Mean type of company, which means employees are nothing more but a number. They will work you to death if that means they can maintain their bottom line.
