      Pros

      The company was founded to look out for their employees, and thats what they do. Penta has some of the best benefits you can find in our industry and they have a profit sharing program that makes since. Also their Christmas party is a thing of legend.

      Cons

      If you work at the main office there is little redundancy in personnel, which is both a good and bad thing. It keeps overhead costs down which eventually means more money in the employee's pockets when it comes time for profit sharing.
