Good work culture, work life balance. Employee friendly policies, less work pressure. Nice infrastructure.

Cons

Not much growth in terms of career progression. Becomes stagnant after some time. India business vision not very clear.

Technology wise good space for learning

Cons

Pentair India --- I wouldn't recommend to a friend. If there is a choice between Pentair and anything else, take anything else even if lesser pay. A handful make office bearable else very toxic work culture.
