Good culture, great experience and can definitely give someone proper lean training. They do gemba meetings on a daily basis to listen to ideas.,

Cons

Scheduling and ATP can be too optimistic. Sometimes your great ideas are passed up. Their direction on standard work or set ways are not always in place or written out.
