If you are looking for a global work exposure, willing to work with dynamic teams, need exposure to respectful culture, good work -life balance, vibrant work atmosphere look no further. Company has a very relaxed environment, flexible work timings based on your requirements. The people are amazing to be around not just in India but also from around the globe with whom you will be working. You will be totally evaluated based on the output you deliver and not on the working hours you devote. My role was of a Project Manager managing multiple global projects from US. I enjoyed each and every moment of my work with the global stakeholders who were really supportive and worked with a sense of urgency. As per need basis you also get an opportunity to travel as well. Overall it is a good company to have a good blend of professional and personal stability.

Cons

I would not prescribe it as a con but yes career progression is slow for average performer but if you are someone who works with a high degree of integrity and delivers output efficiently, you are definitely going to be rewarded.
