If you’re passionate about learning IoT, AI, smart technologies, or hardware, this is the ideal place. Managers constantly encourage learning and ownership, saying: “Keep learning — it helps you grow and strengthens our product.” The culture is amazing — open, respectful, and team-driven. Teammates are helpful, and leadership at all levels (VPs, Directors, HODs) is very supportive of your growth. Innovation, ideas, and learning are always welcomed. If you’re someone who wants to grow in a positive, tech-driven, and collaborative environment — Pentair is the place for you.
