Good place to work and grow. Good growth plan company has, team support

Cons

Financial growth slow. Annual increments are very basic. Bonus plans are nit attractive.

Nice international people, normally a good work environment

Cons

Sometimes High Work pressure (which is quite normal and possible to deal with I would say), low salaries for the non Dutch community. Overtime is mandatory and not paid, not even exchanged for free time.
