      The Pros are Good values, absolute integrity, stable workplace, room for growth,good vision exciting challenges as the business continues to grow.

      Cons

      Hard to reach high management to many layers, hard to move from one position to other after a while job gets monotone you get easily platooned

      Love the atmosphere at work! Treat everyone with respect. Focus on people, talent and development. Not only focus on revenue.

      Repeated work can get boring and not challenging. Managers are not awared of individual work capacity because of shared pool work environment.
