      Clear understanding of the organization's vision with new and exciting challenges as the business continues to grow.

      Cons

      Too many layers. Senior leadership is interested in hearing from the front line but in some business units, you have to go through multiple layers of middle management to reach them.

      Pros

      It's great to work with leader / no one company. Good working experience and so gain in skill. Products are very excellent with long standing history.

      Cons

      Raychem and Tyco had build this product line and upon obtaining by Pentair shall be doing great if they change top bosses because it is assumption that technology (of Heat Tracing) is not important but only management drive.
