      Have some good, experienced people and some good product brands

      Cons

      Too many ill-advised changes by Senior Management. These "leaders" don't know the business or how to treat people. Senior Management has also created a toxic culture and mainly cares about their quarterly bonuses! As a result, product quality and delivery have suffered especially in the enclosures business.

      Sad to see Thermal going into free fall right now under Pentair Electrical

      Strong brands and legendary products. Used to be a positive environment with good people.

      Cons

      Self-serving leaders hired from outside of Thermal who have no clue about the business. Constantly changing structures and letting go of experienced employees to save cost. Morale is suffering.
