Pros

Great benefits and pay for the area. Lots of avenues to advance. Great perks like tuition reimbursement and a stock incentive plan.

Cons

Long hours and pressure from some peers to work longer and on weekends.

Pros

Some really good, unused talent out on the floor. People that truly care about the company and the product.

Cons

No one listens to the people actually doing the work. Management is a joke. They continually put one shift against another. There is no team. There is no "standard work" because each shift is run differently. Workers are often mistreated and ignored. Injuries are high due to "trimming the fat". Production is more important than human life. Human Resources are not available to the off shifts and are often not even on campus for days at a time.

Pros

Benefits, medical, 401K and and not much else

Cons

Way to much regulations, reports and restrictions that hamper sales and customer service.
