Great atmosphere, competitive pay, strong management that allows for creativity and individual work.

Cons

Raises are not substantial. Alloted vacation time is limited compared to other companies. Bonus structure unobtainable but has been revamped.

Management was horrible. No one talks but expects everyone to be on the same page. Ridiculous expectations. Not a team environment.

Great opportunities for training and personal development. Responsible and capable people will do well. Company invests in their employees development and success if you are a performer.

Cons

Business unit management is never aligned. Constant conflicting messages are given if you are a mid level manager, meaning too many priorities and grossly insufficient resources to meet the priorities.
