“ghost jobs” with no real intention of hiring.

Pros

This company frequently posts “ghost jobs” with no real intention of hiring. Many of their listings are reposted multiple times. If you do end up interviewing here, I strongly suggest not agreeing to more than three rounds. Avoid unpaid take-home projects, and keep your answers high level without giving away specific solutions. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company.

Cons

Everything you can think of.

Depressing

Pros

Flexible hours. Lots of room to improve.

Cons

So many conflicting priorities, sporadic efforts to institute 5S (😂), poorly thought out knee jerk safety efforts. Endless meetings. Budget equipment. IT is a nightmare. Too many employees in the building. Not enough employees to do the work. Leadership that is bent on rigid deadlines to the point that input from technical staff is ignored. Plenty more.
