Amazing Coworkers/ Poor Training

- Work From Home. - Friendly coworkers. - Some Friendly Managers. - Okay pay for customer support role.

Cons

- Call center environment. - No opportunity for advancement. - Poor Training. Too many products to learn/ Not enough training. Beware of applying if you have no pool background. - Training does not focus on actual technical support calls and more on information about the actual product. Training should be focused on real life technical calls . No videos to reference for training. You have to learn most of it by reading the manuals.
