Great culture and people. Team members collaborate really well.

Cons

We often get caught working on too many things and losing focus on the important things. There is a lot of turn over at the executive level leading to instability at the plant level.

Benefits are decent with a flexible work from home policy. The company has a ton of growth potential.

Cons

I have been with the company for 3 years and the site I am at has lost over half of the management team because they left for better opportunities. In my specific position growth opportunities are non-existent.
