Has benifits. Pays money. Isn't coal mining.

Cons

-Hard work goes unrecognized. - There are no incentives, only repercussions. -Your flaws are highlighted here. -Lots of favoriteism. -No individual efficiency tracking on top on 1 -year reviews with no promised raise. -Cheap PPE -They try to control you at work in as many ways as they can.
