There are lots of opportunities to develop and grow within the organization. They are willing to explore options and actively pursuing a lean culture. Leadership is helpful while also allowing one to learn and explore options versus controlling every aspect. People and products are top notch.

Cons

Due to the lack of systems in place, it is going to take work to get these implemented. This requires hard work and dedication for those willing to put in the time it will be a great investment into ones future.
