      This job runs pretty smoothly with a nice environment. If I had a chance to go back I definitely would.

      There is a very strict attendance policy, even if you or your children get sick, they still don't care.

      Everyone at the Elkhart IN facility was great. Best boss I have ever worked under.

      Because of limited staff, only one person could be off on a given day.

      Cons

      There is little to no training, horrible communication among departments or within your own. I actually never worked with a worse IT Dept, no support at all and could take weeks to get programming you need to perform your duties. No one seems to know what they are responsible for or how to respond.
