Pros

The company is doing well financially. There are some quirky pluses like food truck day and an onsite taqueria.

Cons

There is A LOT of nepotism and office politics. As other reviews mention, it's a great place if you're related to someone in management, friends with someone in management, a former coworker of someone in management, or even the son/daughter of a customer. Salaries could be more competitive and business techniques could use an overhaul.

Pros

It's a job that gives you 40+ hours a week.

Cons

Only family members and those from the same country get promoted. Most people don't speak English very well. Hostile environment. Low pay. Most of the employees don't respect others, pee all over the toilet seats and floors. The clean rooms are very noisy, loud music, shouting, and loud machinery (most of get a headache within 3 or 4 hours).
