Pros

Penumbra's European organization is expanding and there are many opportunities to contribute and be heard. I experience a genuine team spirit with friendly and professional colleagues who collaborate to reach common goals.

Cons

When a company is growing, the complexity grows as well. If you do not want to be part of a workplace that seeks continuous improvements, then Penumbra may not be the best match for you.
