The HR Department favors employees over supervisors, showing them minimal trust. After a false accusation, the HR team and management mistreat you, in an attempt to force you out of your position.

Pros

Fantastic team. We all work really well together and our manager goes out of his way to make sure we build our skills and get to work on projects that give us experience working with different tools and subject matter. I really love that Penumbra invests in its people. Several of my colleagues started off as contractors or in entry level positions and have progressed to training, managerial, or other advanced roles. I also really like that my team (and the company overall) is very diverse and it's great working with people with a broad range of different backgrounds and skills.
