They tell you that u can leave whenever u want but then mark you down and fire you. Point system is crazy and 5 people got fired in 1 month bc of it

Good Job if you value predictability, do the same thing everyday and are put where you are best at. 40 hours a week guaranteed, often time overtime opportunities. Trains people looking to move up quickly.

Cons

Intimidating to start, because its medical field tons of steps and protocols must be taken every day before you can begin work. Often times management is placed in areas they are not familiar with.
