Quick growth allows for a lot of changes and movement which can be a bit uncomfortable. When there is a lot of growth they need to work harder at keeping good company culture, which is where they are heavily lacking. Directors try to step in and control at every level but will say they are not trying to micromanage. Directors are very disrespectful and verbally abusive to the point of effecting mental health at work and outside of work.
