Pros

Flexibility Can lead to better non-clinical work. Everyone who has left (including me) has gone on to receive higher salaries and sell more established/lucrative products. For many of us therapists, this was our first nonclinical job and served as a launching point. Good co-workers Product has improved Most of the regional managers are great

Cons

In spite of inflation, cost of living increases, there are ZERO raises in sight. I was inspired to leave this review when I heard from an old co-worker about how awful the new bonus structure is. But basically, the sales staff will make less money than they did in 2020 which is insane considering how prices are going up No additional pay/cost of living adjustments based on location Few opportunities to move upward or laterally (or rather, there are open positions to do sales in another department but management refuses). Upper management is defensive and rude when met with real product issues that the staff has to deal with on a daily basis. Lots of plastic, canned replies and snarky remarks Favoritism and nepotism go unchecked No self-reflection as it pertains to the culture they've created

Pros

Company stock is doing good, they have good products

Cons

I was surprised to see how inexperienced IT leadership is at this company. The leadership has no vision and always working on putting out the fire. Highly micromanaging leadership that is constantly losing good talent and replacing them within like minded tactical people ** Do not accept the IT job here if you are smart and are ambitious. Your talent will be waste here unless you are offered a CTO role and have the decision making authority

Pros

Good benefits and location is nice and there plenty of parking and water near by, Nice view during lunch and to walk around area is kinda hidden.

Cons

Legal sweat shop 90% of people cant speak English so it makes it hard to communicate, Not only that they hire people with no experience so they don't have to pay them a lot to do a lot of hard work. Everything is about who you know to move up in the company to move up in great positions.
