      good place to work on the whole but there are some significant issues that need to be overcome!

      Pros

      The Senior management are for the most part a great group of people. The CEO is clearly invested in the work and it is very motivating.

      Cons

      For a mental health Charity they handled my mental health issues exceptionally badly. They failed to live up to their promises on several fronts and some departments are particularly "cliquish".

      Pros

      Most employees that I worked with seemed very dedicated to their work. They were extremely motivated in helping clients succeed by getting back on their feet.

      Cons

      Upper management doesn't always listen to the employees needs, in regards to working with clients.
