      Pros

      PTP had a decent 401k

      Cons

      Company has no qualms about lying & cheating to save or make a buck. Not an opinion, as I had to take the PTP to court (and won) because they refused to pay me accrued PTO against published company policy.

      Pros

      Everyone is very personable and works very hard to see the business succeed. The benefits are excellent with good health insurance and 401k plans.

      Cons

      My time there was too short. The biggest con is that you are in the business of contracting.

      saying the company is mismanaged is an understatement. if you have an issue and attempt to contact HR, good luck getting an answer in a timely manner. you can not trust what the upper management tells you both in person and emails. if you call them out you will be told to stop whining. no matter what the CEO Victor tells you don't believe it. According to the CFO, Nicole, Victor doesn't know what is going on and she runs the company. her words not mine. I would run if you find out the contact was awarded to PTP. I will never work for this company again. stay as far away from PTP as you can.
