Pros

Co-workers are friendly and willing to help when you need it. The scope of the work is very important and fulfilling as you’re working with people from the military. I’ve always felt that there is strong job security here as well.

Cons

You deal with active wartime situations including people who were a part of these situations and it can become stressful.

Hard working employees are noticed and rewarded with extra compensation for their efforts which is awesome because the standard pay is already great in my opinion. Managers care about the personal lives of employees, and treat us with respect.

Cons

The job can be very demanding at times.

It has a small time feel which makes you feel much more appreciated than being just a number at a larger corporation. The line of work is very meaningful as it involves helping veterans. Even entry level positions pay well and projects are engaging.

Cons

The corporate strategy can be challenging to grasp a hold of at first.
