. No pros at all. In my experience, this company felt like a complete fraud. The environment was unprofessional, biased, and unfair. Management was terrible, and it often felt like they were trying to push people out instead of support them. They clearly favor certain people, and it shows. I would never recommend PeopleShare to anyone.

Cons

My experience with PeopleShare has been extremely disappointing and unprofessional. This company consistently shows poor communication, no accountability, and very little regard for the people they claim to “support.” I worked with them closely and saw firsthand how unorganized and careless they are with candidates and clients. They constantly shuffle people around, give false hope about job opportunities, and fail to follow up when they say they will. They create unnecessary stress, ignore important details, and don’t take responsibility for their mistakes. The recruiters seem overwhelmed and disorganized, and instead of fixing problems, they just pass blame or go silent. After everything I dealt with, I can confidently say PeopleShare in Pennsylvania does not value candidates, does not communicate professionally, and does not seem to care about anyone’s time or livelihood. I would not recommend this agency to anyone looking for real support, consistent follow-up, or honest opportunities.
