Pros
The onboarding process was a breeze, some minor hiccups but those were from my end (missed some emails). Desiree and Deanna have always been super helpful whenever I had concerns or questions regarding contracts and the onboarding process. Another agency our onboarding group had troubles getting their paychecks and I'm so glad to have been recruited by PeopleShare. Paid every week, on time. 🙌🏽 Highly recommended to new and veteran agents!
Cons
The only con I will say is probably just the timesheet on their Avionte was confusing at first, but then we were informed its not necessary and only need to clock in/out through our upline's Paylocity. Cleared that issue right up and payroll as well as uploading new bank info has been a breeze. So no cons really up to my 1st month working with People Share :)
