Amazing Competitive Culture & fast growth. Performance Oriented organization & gives flexibility to expand your profile.

Cons

Sometimes it is not necessary every effort convert into target achievement & thus it may lead to lower performance in terms of target achievement. Need to be comprehensive in performance evaluation.

Pros

The soft skills training was good. Nothing else much to brag about the company.

Cons

Salary is less. Incentives are not enough. Payroll department is the worst of all. Interview also was very general. Managers need behavioral training. Too much pressure at times.
