Pros
The company as a whole is well run and informative about staffing; Very client-driven and adjusts well to client needs; Lower level corporate support is usually great to deal with.
Cons
Constant negativity from upper management who continually wastes time with unnecessary reports that are not utilized for any specific purpose. A few bad eggs spoil the bunch and suck up a lot of corporate money that would be better allocated elsewhere. There is no accountability for these people and their lack of positive leadership diminishes morale among the offices. When you can actually get approval for a raise, it is so slight that it's degrading. And NEVER count on any payouts for contests that they have!!
