Pros

Successful company, continuing to grow in various markets. There is professional growth potential, and the company has good business ethics. The corporate staff are friendly and very helpful, and the senior executives are personable and accessible. Lots of the staff have worked for the company for many years.

Cons

The pay ranges could be a little higher, and there are no yearly reviews and raises.

The job placement representatives are great. But, the company's policy concerning wages are a joke.

Pros

They find you VERY GOOD positions within companies that no longer hire direct. plus you can gain experience at the temporary positions you are placed on so you qualify for the direct hire positions.

Cons

Most companies that you work for will no authorize you for their overtime because they know Peoplelink Staffing's policy is that if you work overtime you lose $1-$2 dollars per hour.

The company seems to always be working towards making it a better place to work. I really like the people I work with and my team!

Cons

There have been leadersip changes that have been hard, but the new team is pretty good, so looking forward to seeing what they do.
