This company will teach you a lot about big business and will help you grow professionally if you take advantage of the resources available.

Cons

Very poor management and people planning for lower level employees Poor compensation that will haunt your career if you don't have other fortune 50 experience. Raises are laughable. Health benefits are poor. Management... Complacent.
