Nice co-workers. Friendly atmosphere.

Cons

No salary negotiations. Pay is often less than other companies for same/similar positions. Horrible at raises and leveling people up to proper salary requirements.

Pay,Benefits, free soda on holidays.

Cons

Increased the production volume but not the number of employees. Work/life balance is non existent. When holidays come around, it's always a production line or two running so therefore they need people to work instead of spending it with family. Managers are overwhelmed. So they hire college grads that don't know a thing about warehouse management instead of promoting someone who has been in the department with experience.
