Frito Lay makes some of the best snack foods in the business. There are some great people that are employed there. Brand recognition is outstanding.

Cons

Low morale, little confidence in management, lack of opportunities to advance. Part-time position are hard to advance in.

Pros

Offers great starting pay and pay bracket goes up significantly as you acquire skills on different machines. Plus being part of PepsiCo means great discounts on Pepsi sponsored events, i.e. Pepsi Center events, Water World and Elitch Gardens.

Cons

Extremely poor employee recognition for being a multi-million dollar company. Bonus' have been tampered with, and 12 hours make for a long day during high volume productivity. Management rotates or changes often (Bi-annual) which usually means major changes in the way business is run.
