allowed plenty over time to work form 3 different shifts.

Cons

they have a point system for absentees and tardiness. there a 12 hours shift for every one.

"Forever in a landfill" is the common quote amongst the waste and overproduction of plastic bottles that are trashed daily.

Cons

The manager came up from the 'ranks' in the warehouse and thinks he owns the place. You have to be in a 'role' for a minimum of 1 year to advance - NO EXCEPTIONS. They tell you to be there an hour before and an hour after your shift + at least one weekend a month working... never was mentioned in any interview or honest proposal of the work life balance they vaguely promise.
