Cons

Regional offices typically have a lot of multiple projects and tight timelines.

Pros

My peers and I agreed that we did more good work in our first 6 months than in years at previous companies.

Cons

Requires a tremendous amount of dedication which makes sense considering the scale of projects you'll work on. Designers who deliver at the highest caliber tend to get more 'top profile' projects. No surprise there either and not necessarily a bad thing if you intend to do the best work of your career.
