      None. Stay away. Company was good but now payperformance had killed the company

      Everything stay away. CEOs make millions of dollars but we the front line people had to take a pay cut for the sake of the company

      Pros

      Stable, internal movement encouraged, people are generally humble, well regarded in CPG space, great company to start a Marketing career

      Cons

      Extremely hierarchical to a fault, bureaucratic - it takes a long time to initiate change, baby boomer mentality, strict adherence to old school processes, poor onboarding experience, culture is weak, heavy reliance on PowerPoint, many people in managerial roles in areas where they've had no previous experience

      Performance pay is a joke

      The benefits are pretty good still.

      Cons

      I have the most seniority out of 3 of us in the building. This performance pay is supposed to be based on seniority. Its not. Both guys currently in the building have less then 5 years and are making more than me who has over 10 years. Their routes just happened to be performing well when we switched over. They didn't want folks to lose money but when you say the pay is based on seniority it should be based on seniority
