Promotion is non existent. It's run horribly and management is terrible. Weather you get a raise or promotion is all popularity contests. Favouritism is rampant and it decided everything from you. Your expected to work insane hours and do unreasonable amounts of work alone. always cleaning up someone else's message. They push numbers to the point stores are yelling at you about orders your managers are forcing.
