Pros

Free product and a view into the real manufacturing world early in your career.

Cons

No work life balance, toxic work environment. Lured in via false promises of certain titles only to find out they are not real. Less than 15% who start in this role stay more than two years. Say goodbye to your weekends, evenings, sleep, and sanity. Most abusive boss I have ever encountered. Management promotes toxicity from the top down like it's a game.

Cons

There is high turnover which can lead to uncertainty and require employees to adapt quickly to new roles or expectations.
