Pros
- semi flexible hours - great compensation for the difficulty of work - drive around all day - can be quite social in the field
Cons
- poor communication between DSD's and upper management - high expectations for things that are sometimes uncontrollable - HR is totally out to lunch, saw them on my first day and not once more in a year - you are paid by week as a summer student. You get the same compensation whether you work 25 hrs or 50 hrs - no culture building events for employees at all
