      Pros

      Results oriented company comprised of many smart and talented people who work collaboratively to deliever great results. A company with vision and a strategic senior leadership team, providing employees with the room to mauveur and do great work, but also a culture which allows you to bring you to the office. PepsiCo walks the talk.

      Cons

      Driven to succeed, sometimes bites off more than they should chew. The focus and passion of the employees somehow get's it done. You have to make your own work life balance, that's fine, but I wish we could find ways to catch our breath before moving on to the next endeavor. Vacation policy is archaic.

      Pros

      For those of us that still have a pension, that would be the number one reason, health benefits number two, but who can afford to use it , even though you've got it. Paid vacations number three reason.

      Cons

      Hard work does not pay here, just gets you more hard work. This company is top heavy. Only time will tell how this will effect it.
