      Very Open Minded company which gives a lot of freedom to its employee in performing their works.Good Learning experience in terms of buissness Handling and people management. Very good Culture and ethics when properly Implemented.

      They will use you until you burn out and they don't care. No opportunity for advancement unless you are willing to move all over the country

      Loss of longer term focus in order to deliver short term results. Not very culturally aware when interacting with different cultures Sometimes top management would not listen to ideas "outside of the box"
