Pros

At operational entity level people and management quality is remarkable Professionals are given entreprenurial space to deliver beyond expectations

Cons

Senior management at Corpoate level are not made for leading a global organization CEO is a reality show figure - interested more in personal equity vs. building the organization, lacks operational skills and experience, endorses strategy to organization which doesn't reflect true DNA

Pros

PepsiCo is one of those companies that is forever shifting...be that priorities, management, ways to market, etc. As a result, in my time there were several good periods as well as several difficult ones. The upside to this is that you'll never be bored! Salaries are above average and there's always room for new career opportunities, both locally and internationally

Cons

No specific culture...very little coherence and uniformity between divisions and regions. Internal communication mediocre
