Pros

Great colleagues and some very fun brands to work on. Can get a lot done if senior management attention is elsewhere. Quality market research is appreciated.

Cons

Must be on your game for politics and standing out (without hurting others). Not a great deal of training/development. Expect zero on-boarding to avoid disappointment. Also expect to pay a lot for medical - both upfront and in deductibles.

Pros

Cons

Very poor leadership currently Lots of wasted time and effort, and the brands are suffering Management clearly believes that the only good talent is outside of the company
