Danger of getting stuck in a rut with limited growth opportunities and cross-department moves. Pay much lower than industry average.

Do not want to hear how to get better... think they are doing fine Have to be a certain level to affect change and/or have a point of view on the business Seem to be doing well in spite of themselves... could be even better if they wanted to Definitely a level driven and hierarchical environment Competetive to a fault (even internally)... can be their own worst enemy They talk about servant leadership... but I can't tell you how many times I heard leaders refer to critical folks on their team as "just a coordinator" or "just an analyst"... sends mixed messages about the value placed on ALL people within the organization.
