      Pros

      PepsiCo is a fast-paced, fun work environment with very bright people. Being an older and more established company leads to solid processess and systems.

      Cons

      Although there is an entrepreneurial feel in the sales organization, there is a bit less room for creativity than in other organizations I have worked in. Leadership can be a bit set in their ways and company is slow to change.
