      Great Benefits and Culture but Need to Keep it that Way

      Pros

      Lots of PTO (nearly 50 days combined per year), great benefits, and the people really do care about you. Great place to make impact on others lives.

      Cons

      Leadership may have different vision of what your career trajectory will be (uncertainty of promotions/job changes). Also moving more and more from remote to in-person.

      Helping other people is very rewarding and if you don't care about working hard or stealing from your coworkers, you'll fit right in.

      Cons

      The senior management team is corrupt, mishandles the donors funds and are abusive to the employees they lead.

      terrible in terms in finding you a job. most jobs suggested to you are low skilled and you could have found without going through perscholas tech training!
