Terrible pay, little to no movement in moving through the company, little to no help with direct management issues, too many things tied to PAR which by the way if I meet 100% of my goal I will be told it should have been more than that and won't be getting my whole raise. Raises can only happen once a year and is not based on actually contribution and talent.

National Leadership is disconnected from what their instructors' challenged are. They want a ridiculous "80% certification rate / 85%" graduation rate." Helping the public with these goals is only attainable when the resources make sense, which have only been reduced since my tenure. This is all across the board for all departments. As of today, a " Progressive Discipline Policy" has been enacted. For instructors who don't hit the number of 80%+, you will be terminated. If we don't go FAR above and beyond any organization I've worked for, your job is in jeopardy.
