Pros
Co-workers in operations and support functions are decent hard working individuals who are easy to work with and care about the mission
Cons
Management only cares about the bottom line above everything else. Employee moral is at an all-time low. Things got so bad that the operations department joined a union and this infuriated management even further. As a result management twisted the knife even further and getting qualified people to work here is going to be difficult and many people are already working 60+ hrs per week. Until the relationship between management improves things will get steadily worse.
